Celebrate Ha: Breath Of Life’s 1-Year Anniversary at Polynesian Cultural Center with a Special Offer

$25 Kamaaina Deal Includes Night Show and Free Buffet Dinner

In recognition of Ha: Breath of Life’s first birthday and its surging popularity among local residents, the Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) is offering the Ha Anniversary Special to kamaaina through the end of August 2010. For just $25, individuals with a valid Hawaii ID will enjoy the critically acclaimed evening show, a free dinner at the Gateway Buffet prior to the show and receive a free souvenir poster of the show — a more than $60 combined value.

“Kamaaina have been instrumental in the success of Ha in its first year,” said Raymond Magalei, director of marketing for the PCC. “The Ha Anniversary Special is our way of thanking kamaaina for their support, and we hope that they continue to share the experience of Ha: Breath of Life with their friends and family for many years to come.”

With a cast of more than 100 performers, Ha: Breath of Life has captivated more than 500,000 guests with the telling of every man’s story, told through the life of its central character, Mana. The multi-million dollar production follows Mana as he grows and matures through the universal life themes of boyhood, young love, respect and responsibility. From the apprehension of youth, to the stirrings of young love, and even the sorrow of death – Ha takes the audience on an emotion-filled ride through the sights and sounds of Polynesia.

The Ha Anniversary Special can be redeemed at the PCC ticket office with proof of Hawaii residency. Tickets are $25 for all ages, is limited to one ticket per ID, per day, and cannot be combined with any other specials or offers.

For more information or to make reservations, please call the Polynesian Cultural Center ticket office at (808) 293-3333 or visit www.polynesia.com. On the neighbor islands, call toll free (800) 367-7060.

Founded in 1963 as a non-profit organization, the PCC has entertained more than 34 million guests, while preserving and portraying the culture, arts, and crafts of Polynesia to the rest of the world. In addition, the PCC has provided financial assistance to 17,000 young people from over 70 different countries while they attend Brigham Young University-Hawaii. As a non-profit organization, 100 percent of PCC’s revenue is used for daily operations and to support education.
